A simple agent (FAQ + knowledge source, published to Teams) is typically production-ready in 2–4 weeks. A more complex agent with Power Automate integrations, authentication and multiple channels usually takes 6–10 weeks. We always start with a discovery session to determine scope and timeline.
Copilot Studio uses Copilot Credits for production use: a consumption model depending on the number of conversations and features used. Microsoft offers subscriptions with prepaid Credits and a pay-as-you-go option via Azure. If you have a Microsoft 365 Copilot licence, certain scenarios may already be included. We advise you during the project on the most suitable licence strategy.
Yes. We can provide ongoing management: monthly review of analytics, adding new topics based on unanswered questions, and keeping up with Microsoft platform updates. Project-based improvements or extensions are also possible. We discuss the desired follow-up during the project.
Yes. We also offer a Copilot Studio training: a half-day introduction or a full-day hands-on building session. Your team learns to build, test and publish agents themselves. Both services can also be combined: a training followed by a coaching project is an excellent approach.
Via Power Automate over 1,400 connectors are available: from SharePoint and Dataverse to Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce and virtually any system with a REST API. We inventory which integrations are needed in the discovery phase and advise on the most suitable approach.
