The training follows the adoption framework from start to finish. The four methodologies - assessment, measurement, change management and governance - together form the programme. Theory alternates with extensive hands-on work sessions, with scenarios from your own organisation and - where possible - your own usage data.

The assessment tells you where you stand, the measurement methodology makes progress objective, change management sets behaviour on the work floor in motion and governance ensures adoption is safe and sticks. The assessment
Prior to the trajectory we run a paid assessment to establish where the bottlenecks are. We combine interviews and surveys with objective usage data - think of the Microsoft 365 Copilot Dashboard or the M365 admin center - and look at the degree of adoption, the blind spots and which systems are used. You receive a diagnostic report with a heat map and prioritised actions. The assessment fee is fully deductible once you take a follow-up trajectory - so you effectively only pay for results.
