Register your interestA complete foundation in two days
Take the introduction and Advanced back to back and you build a complete foundation in two days. In the introduction you learn to put Copilot to work in your daily job, in Advanced you go further with your own use cases, agents and setting up your work processes more intelligently. There are a few weeks between the two days, so you can let the first one settle into your own work first.
The combined rate is per participant and cannot be combined with the early-bird rate or the duo discount. You book both days in one go; we invoice as soon as both dates are confirmed.

Choose a date

Book your place
The form takes a minute and you pay nothing yet. Within one working day you receive a confirmation by email, with the calendar invitation included and the date up to which you can cancel free of charge.
We confirm the date
A date goes ahead from six participants. No later than fifteen days before the start you hear by email whether we made it; only then do we send the invoice. If we do not reach the minimum, we move the date and it costs you nothing.
You prepare briefly
About a week ahead we send a short questionnaire: where do you get stuck, and which files do you work with? We use it to match the examples to your own practice.
What you want to know beforehand
The arrangements that apply to every date, gathered in one place. If your question is not here, just give us a call.
- Group size
- Six participants at least and twelve at most. At twelve there is still time to help everyone personally; below six the conversation in the group never really starts. If we do not reach the minimum, we move the date.
- Early bird
- Up to four weeks before the start you pay the early-bird rate. Every date in the calendar shows how long that lasts and what you pay afterwards.
- Duo discount
- Coming with two or more from the same organisation takes 10 per cent off. It does not stack with the early-bird rate: we always charge whichever is cheapest.
- Confirmation
- No later than fifteen calendar days before the start you hear by email whether the date goes ahead. If a date does not go ahead, we move it and your booking lapses at no cost.
- Cancellation
- Free of charge up to twenty-one calendar days before the start, no reason required. After that the terms in our general terms and conditions apply.
- Substitutes
- Cannot make it? Send a colleague in your place. That works up to the morning of the course itself, in consultation and at no extra cost.
- Included on site
- Lunch, coffee and tea, parking right next door, the workbook and a personal certificate of attendance.
- Included online
- Digital workbook, recordings of the demonstrations to review later, and a personal certificate of attendance.
- Prices
- Per participant and excluding 21% Dutch VAT. Every amount also shows the price including VAT, so you do not have to do the sums.
- Payment
- You pay nothing when you book. You receive the invoice as soon as the date is confirmed, roughly two weeks before the start, and settle it before the training day. If you book later than that, the invoice follows right after your booking.
Coming with six colleagues or more?
From roughly six participants within one organisation, an in-company course is usually better value than individual bookings. We then build the programme around an intake conversation and the way your organisation actually works, and use your own files during the day. Date and location in consultation: online, at your office, or at our training venue in The Hague.

Twelve participants at most. That leaves room for questions about your own work and gives everyone personal attention from the trainer.
The content is the same. Online you work from your own desk via Microsoft Teams, in blocks of half a day. On site you train for a full day in The Hague, including lunch and materials.
You can cancel free of charge up to twenty-one calendar days before the start. After that the cancellation terms in our general terms and conditions apply. Sending a colleague in your place is always possible, in consultation.
