Everything you need to know

Approach

Short explanations alternate with guided exercises in ChatGPT. Participants work on recognisable scenarios and develop a useful set of prompts during the session.

Choosing or combining levels

During a no-obligation intake, we discuss experience, available accounts and intended applications. We then combine the relevant topics into one programme.

Prior knowledge per level

Beginner: No prior knowledge required. Basic computer experience is sufficient.
Advanced: You have some ChatGPT experience and want to work more systematically and effectively.
Advanced+: You use ChatGPT regularly and want to master advanced techniques and automation.

Flexible duration

The Beginner training is a half day. The Advanced and Advanced+ programmes run for a full day. Role-specific variants can be combined with a level training. Duration is always aligned with your wishes.

Materials & follow-up

Each participant receives a summary, prompt library and overview of the covered techniques. You can contact us with questions after the training.

Combining with other training

ChatGPT can be combined with Microsoft 365 Copilot or a session on AI policy. We include the selected topics in one proposal.

Everything about the ChatGPT training

We offer three levels: Beginner (for those new to ChatGPT), Advanced (for those with some experience who want to work more systematically) and Advanced+ (for those who want to master advanced techniques and automation). We also offer role-specific programmes for Communications & Marketing, HR and Management. Levels can also be combined into a custom programme.

The training suits everyone who wants to use ChatGPT in their work: employees, managers, assistants and communications professionals. No technical background required. During the intake call we align the level with the participants.

The Beginner training is a half day. The Advanced and Advanced+ programmes run for a full day. Role-specific variants can be combined with a level training. Duration is always aligned with your wishes and the knowledge level of the group.

No problem. During the intake call we discuss the knowledge level of the group and put together a programme that is challenging and relevant for everyone. Our trainers are used to handling knowledge differences flexibly within a group.

Microsoft 365 Copilot works within Microsoft 365 and can use information the user is permitted to access there. ChatGPT has its own workspaces and, depending on the plan, can connect to apps and internal sources. The choice depends on your tasks, systems, administration and data policy. You can also view our Microsoft 365 Copilot training.

Safe use depends on the plan, settings, connected sources and information entered. OpenAI does not use content from Business and Enterprise workspaces for model training by default. Users of personal workspaces can switch off training in Data Controls. We cover these distinctions, data classification and output verification during the training.

Yes. We deliver the ChatGPT training online or at your location. Content, examples and exercises are tailored to your organisation and industry.
