Yes. During the intake, we discuss the group's experience and design a programme that remains relevant for each participant. Our trainers are experienced in guiding mixed-level groups.

Claude and ChatGPT are evolving quickly and offer overlapping features. The right choice depends on your tasks, existing systems, administration and data policies. During the intake, we can compare these factors with your working environment.

Safe use depends on the plan, settings, connected sources and information entered. Anthropic does not use content from Claude for Work, including Team and Enterprise, to train generative models unless an organisation or user explicitly opts in or submits material as feedback. Consumer accounts have different choices and settings. We cover these distinctions, data classification, access rights and output verification during the training.

Yes. We deliver the Claude training online or at your location. Content, examples and exercises are tailored to your organisation, industry and roles.
