Approach

The training combines short theory moments with extensive hands-on exercises. We use recognisable HR situations from your own work environment, so you can apply what you learn the same day.

Prerequisites

Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) is recommended. No AI or Copilot experience required. We assess the participants' level during the intake.

Copilot licenses

Full hands-on participation requires an active Microsoft 365 Copilot license. Doesn't your organisation have one yet? We're happy to advise, or you start with the free Copilot Chat.

Materials & aftercare

After the training each participant receives a summary, HR-specific use cases and a reference card. You can always contact us with questions afterwards.

Copilot training for HR

For HR managers, HR business partners, recruiters, HR advisors and payroll and HR administration staff. No AI experience required; we tailor the level during the intake.

Microsoft 365 Copilot works within your tenant's security boundaries, does not use your data to train models, and respects existing permissions and sensitivity labels. We explicitly cover how to handle personal data carefully and in line with the GDPR.

The HR-focused training usually takes one day and is composed in-company and tailor-made, on-site or online. A second, more in-depth day is possible when you want to cover the full Microsoft 365 Copilot training.

Full hands-on participation requires a Microsoft 365 Copilot license. Without a paid license you can start with the free Copilot Chat; we offer a separate Copilot Chat training for that.
