Short explanations alternate with practical exercises. Participants work directly in Gemini on situations from their own roles. They finish with a personal prompt library and their first custom Gem.
Choosing a level
During a discovery call, we discuss participants' experience, their work and the desired outcomes. We then combine the relevant subjects into a clear programme.
Gemini access
A free version of the Gemini app is available with a personal Google account. Eligible Google Workspace plans include Gemini features. Exact access depends on your edition and administrator settings. Take notes for me in Google Meet requires an eligible edition and a supported meeting language. We check participant access before the course.
Materials and follow-up
Each participant receives a summary, a tailored prompt library and example Gems. You can also schedule a follow-up session.

All about Google Gemini training
Choose from Beginner, Advanced and Expert. We also offer programmes for Communications and Marketing, HR and People Management, and Management. The discovery call helps us select the right subjects for your participants and their work.
The training is designed for employees, managers, specialists and team leaders who want to use Gemini at work. The beginner course requires no technical background. We adjust the level during the discovery call.
The beginner course takes half a day. Advanced, expert and role-based programmes usually take a full day. The proposal confirms the duration and structure.
A personal Google account is sufficient for part of the beginner course. Eligible Google Workspace plans include Gemini features. Availability depends on the edition and administrator settings, so we check participant access before the course.
Yes. We can focus the course on the Gemini app, custom Gems, NotebookLM, Deep Research and image generation. Exercises in Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive and Meet require an eligible Workspace account.
Gemini connects directly to Google Workspace and, with the appropriate access, can use information from Gmail, Drive and Calendar. Gems provide reusable assistants. NotebookLM is designed for research grounded in selected sources. During the discovery call, we discuss which AI tools suit your workflows and existing environment.
Eligible Google Workspace editions apply your organisation's security and privacy controls. Google states that content is not used outside your domain for model training or human review without permission. Participants also practise data classification, access control and careful review of AI output.
