Frequently asked questions

Training for office management

For secretaries, executive and management assistants, office managers, board support staff and administrative support roles. Teams combining several of these roles attend together.

No. Many offices combine topics into a one- or two-day programme, for example Outlook with Copilot, or minute-taking in Teams with professional writing. We put that combination together in the intake.

That is the rule rather than the exception. We survey the level beforehand and differentiate the exercises, so advanced participants can move on while others build a solid base.

Yes. You practise with your own templates, reports and mailboxes, so what you learn is usable the same day.

Yes. For a single participant, open enrolment is often a better fit than an in-company day. The calendar lists fixed dates for Microsoft 365 Copilot and prompt engineering, among others.
