Deciding with clarity,
leading with confidence
You lead a team, account for your choices and set how your organisation deals with AI. This page lists the training that gives you the most in that role, and what each one covers.

What leaders run into
Four situations almost every manager recognises, and the topic that does something about each.
Figures from one source, in a dashboard that refreshes itself and that you can question directly. Power BI & Excel
An adoption approach with ground rules, ownership and measurement instead of scattered experiments. AI adoption
Structure in the story, figures that speak and conversation skills for when there is resistance. Presenting & communicating
NIS2 places responsibility squarely with the management layer. Knowing what that asks of you in practice. NIS2 & awareness
Training for your role
Every training below is in-company and made to measure. Many management teams combine two topics into one programme, or deliberately opt for a half day.
Using AI strategically
From your own use to organisation-wide adoptionCopilot training for management
Microsoft 365 Copilot from the manager’s chair: getting to the bottom of documents and reports, preparing decisions, drafting communication to your team and judging where AI does and does not belong.
Framework adoption (AI adoption)
Not a single training but a track: assessment, foundation and change management following proven methodologies. For when AI has to land across the organisation and you want to show that it works.
Prompt engineering
The difference between a nice answer and a usable one. Writing effective prompts for Copilot, ChatGPT and Claude, and judging what comes back.
Copilot Chat
The version without a paid licence. A practical way to determine who in your organisation needs a full Copilot licence before you buy one.
Deciding on the basis of data
Figures you can question yourselfPower BI
From monthly export files to a dashboard that refreshes itself. Building reports, understanding your data and sharing insight with your team.
Microsoft Excel
The numbers behind the dashboard. Pivot tables, scenarios and calculations that let you verify an assumption yourself instead of taking it on trust.
Microsoft Project
Plans that track reality. Phasing, dependencies and capacity, so you see a deadline tightening instead of hearing about it afterwards.
Persuasion & responsibility
Your message, your team and your accountabilityMicrosoft PowerPoint
A proposal that survives the boardroom. Building structure, making figures readable and keeping the core message where it belongs.
Effective communication
Explaining a decision, absorbing resistance and giving feedback that lands. The skills that get your message across the way you meant it.
NIS2 Compliance
NIS2 places responsibility squarely with the management layer. What the directive asks of you, which measures go with it and how you become demonstrably compliant.
Also requested regularly
Less common, but certainly possible as part of your programme.
Three ways to start
Examples of programmes organisations put together. Not fixed packages: in the intake we tailor the content to your team.
The short push
For management teams with little room in the diary.
- Copilot for management
- Working with your own documents and reports
- Agreements on responsible AI use
Leading on the numbers
For those who want to master both the data and the AI side.
- Day 1: Power BI, from export to dashboard
- Day 2: Copilot for management
- Your own report as the case
AI adoption across the organisation
For when AI should not stop at a training but has to land.
- Assessment of the current situation
- Foundation and ground rules
- Change management and measurement
Only one or two colleagues?
An in-company day is often not the most practical format then. Our training calendar lists fixed dates with open enrolment, including Microsoft 365 Copilot and prompt engineering. Online or on-site in The Hague, twelve participants at most.
Training for leaders
For team leaders, department heads, managers, management team members, directors and board members. Project leads and coordinators who steer without a formal management title fit here too.
Yes. The Copilot training for management is also available as a half day, and several other topics have a half-day variant. What fits in that time we decide together in the intake.
Not with a training but with an approach. Framework adoption is a modular track that starts with an assessment and a foundation, then adds change management, ground rules and measurement.
Often yes, and for a reason: leaders have different questions than their staff, for instance about ground rules and assessment. A joint session afterwards works well for setting agreements.
Then you start with Copilot Chat, the version without a paid licence. That is also a good way to determine who in your organisation needs a full licence.
